FIBArk- the "Hooligan Race" and music: The race is open to anything that floats, except a boat. Bizzare boats and fun costumes. The racers try to stay IN their boat, while hoping the boat stays INTACT. A few hit the support on the bridge. Not a pretty sight. The music was fabulous and FREE.
