FIBArk- the "Jiggy Memorial" Crazy River Dog Contest: Jiggy Dawg passed on and they named this competition for him. After a breif memorial service, the competition began with balls, sticks or other toys thrown in the river and the dogs reteive them. Several dogs appeared to mutiny.
