2009-09-24 Crazy Horse Memorial South Dakota-011

Crazy Horse Memorial is a Native American version of Mt Rushmore. The Native chiefs approached a sculptor about a massive sculpture of Chief Crazy Horse. It's much larger than Rushmore and they have refused all assistance from the government. It has a long way to go, we may have to visit again in a few years and see how it's progressing.
