Koransky Brownies

Ingredients

1. 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
2. 2 sticks of margarine
3. 2 c sugar
4. 4 eggs
5. 1 t vanilla
6. 1 � c flour

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Place the following in a microwave safe mixing bowl:
   • 4 squares unsweeted chocolate
   • 2 sticks of margarine

   Place bowl in microwave on high untill hot enough to mix butter and chocolate.

3. Add while stirring:
   • 2 c sugar
   • 4 eggs (add one at a time)
   • 1 � c flour
4. Bake 25 minutes at 350 F.

Brownie Frosting

Ingredients

1. 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2. 1 sticks of margarine
3. Confectioner's sugar
4. Coffee Rich™

Directions

1. Place the following in a microwave safe mixing bowl:
   • 2 squares unsweeted chocolate
   • 1 stick of margarine

   Place bowl in microwave on high untill hot enough to mix butter and chocolate.

2. Alternate confectioner's sugar and Coffee Rich™ until you have the desired consistency.
3. After brownies have finished cooling.
